For
occupancy by more than stated, add $16
per day, $80 per week per extra person.
Prices stated do not include
applicable taxes.
For additional days during spring, fall, and winter, over a
one week stay (seven day stay), divide the weekly rate by seven
for the additional days daily rate.
A $200 deposit (per week) confirms your reservation and is due within 5 days
of placing your reservation with us. In addition, for summer
rentals we will need to
receive 50% of the cottage rental on or before May 1. If you
make a reservation after that date, we will ask for the
complete amount of 50% of rent (postmarked) within 5 days of
your reservation. In case you
must cancel, one half of your deposit will
be refunded provided we are given notice at least one month
prior to your arrival date and also provided we are able to
rent the cottage to another party for the full week. The
un-refunded portion of the deposit
may be applied to a rental during the following
twelve months. |
- Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and pillows are
furnished. Please bring your own towels.
- Crib size Pac & Play porta-cribs, and high chairs
are provided at no extra charge.
- Each cottage has a toaster, coffee maker,
microwave, TV, lawn chairs, Weber grill and
picnic table.
- Each cottage has a full size hide-a-bed for extra
persons.
- Summer weeks begin at 2:00 p.m.
on Saturday and end at 9:00 a.m. on the following
Saturday. Spring, autumn and winter scheduling can
begin or end on any day of the week.
- Pets are accepted in some homes during the
spring and autumn, by advance permission only.
- If you bring your own boat, pier space is
provided without charge.
